Credit usage issues. Charged more

I am really disappointed. I was charged for rendering which never took place. I requested to render only once today. The rest of the time I was texting in the chat. Yet, all my credits have been used up.

Sorry to hear your credits were deducted unexpectedly — that’s definitely frustrating and we want to make sure this gets looked into properly.

Billing and credit issues need to be handled through our support team who can access your account details directly. Please reach out to support@tunee.ai with:

  • Your account email
  • The date/time of the charges
  • A description of what you were doing at the time (which it sounds like you’ve already noted well)

Also, if you can share the project link (the URL in your browser when you open the song/project in Tunee), that will help engineering trace exactly what happened on our end.
