I have been using Tunee AI for a few days and even subscribed for a full year, but I am facing several issues that make the service difficult to use. I always provide the correct lyrics in Farsi, along with detailed explanations of how I want the song to be created, yet the system repeatedly mispronounces the words and the music rarely matches the style I request.
Another serious problem is the loss of credits. Today alone I lost almost 5,000 credits, and despite this, I still did not receive a correct version of the song. This is extremely frustrating, especially as a paid subscriber.
I hope these issues can be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible, because I would like to continue using Tunee AI with confidence in the accuracy of the results and the fairness of credit usage.
