Specific issues with Mureka 9 and Cover feature regression

Hello. I would like to report several critical issues I’ve encountered with the service:

  1. Ignoring Instructions: Since the switch to Mureka 9, the model has started ignoring my prompts and technical tags. As of yesterday, this has become a constant problem; the AI generates repetitive, generic results and fails to follow the specific details of my requests.
  2. Cover Feature: This function still does not reproduce the instrumental parts or complex musical nuances (like guitar riffs and specific arrangements). It only processes vocals, which significantly limits the creative outcome.
  3. Sound Quality: The output quality has degraded. Vocals have become ‘choppy’ and ‘plastic’ with noticeable digital noise and artifacts.
  4. Credit Policy: Daily credits have been reduced from 150 to 100, while the generation quality has clearly declined.

Please investigate why the model stopped following prompts since yesterday. In its current state, the tool is very difficult to use effectively.

It is asif they gave up on the music side of Tunee and are only concentraing on the video generation. They give 2 shits about us long term users. i came back to tune only because they said cover feature is back , looks like it was just a gimick to bring back old users , there is no cover feature, it is a blatant lie

Hi~~

Thanks for the detailed writeup — really valuable feedback for us. Going through your points one by one:

  1. Mureka 9 ignoring prompts / technical tags — model behavior shifts after a version switch are real, and Mureka 9’s prompt adherence isn’t always where we’d want it to be. For prompt-faithful generation, Tempolor V4.6 (our in-house model) is currently the noticeably tighter pick on Tunee. Worth switching the model selector and re-trying the same request.

  2. Cover feature only handling vocals (no instruments / riffs / arrangements) — fair flag. Instrumental and arrangement-aware cover capabilities are an active area we’re still developing. Vocal cover came back online first; the rest is on the roadmap.

  3. Sound quality — choppy / plastic / artifacts — this report is being passed directly to the model team. If you can drop a couple of project links from generations where you noticed this, it’ll help us reproduce and diagnose much faster.

  4. Daily credit policy — daily credits are dynamically adjusted from time to time as the platform balances against new model launches and compute costs. We hear the concern though, and feedback like yours feeds directly into how that balance is reviewed going forward.

A small thank-you for the level of detail in this report — we’d like to add bonus credits to your account so you can re-test on Tempolor V4.6 without burning through your daily allowance. Feel free to DM us your registered email and we’ll get it sorted.
Genuinely appreciate the writeup :folded_hands:
