Why is there no option to upgrade via Google Pay or PayPal? This is available on other platforms. I don’t have a credit card, so multiple payment options should be offered.

Currently, Tunee processes payments via Stripe, supporting credit/debit cards as well as certain wallet options (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). Please note that the availability of these wallet methods is determined by Stripe based on the user’s device, browser, and region. For specific availability, we recommend referring to Stripe directly.
At this time, PayPal is not supported. We understand the need for more flexible payment options, and this is something we are evaluating for future updates.
