Valid subscription records

Hello,

I would like to upgrade my plan. Unfortunately, I’m getting a message that multiple subscription records exist. Currently, only the free plan is available to me, and I can’t upgrade to the $38.00 plan. It has expired. I would like to resubscribe to it.

Because of this message, I can’t book any other upgrade. Could you please look into this and fix it so I can upgrade to my $38.00 plan again?
