Why didn’t my account receive free credits?

Here are the Policy about daily refresh credits:

  1. You must be logged in to receive credits.
    If you stayed logged in continuously, please make sure you refresh the page on that day to trigger the credit distribution.

  2. Daily login credits expire in 24 hours.
    Please use them before they expire.

  3. Credits are consumed in order of earliest expiration.
    This means your reward credits may have already been used up first.

  4. Device registration limits.
    We discovered that some users created dozens of accounts on a single device to repeatedly claim free credits, which is unfair to others.
    To protect normal users, devices exceeding our registration limit can no longer create new accounts, and accounts over the limit will stop receiving daily free credits.
    Thank you for your understanding — this change benefits the entire Tunee community.

  5. If your account can’t receive free credits but you still want to use Tunee, you may:
    Purchase additional credits through a paid plan, or
    Join our Discord community and participate in events, where you can win free credits.
