I have my songs composed originally. Nothing copied. But when trying to use it as reference track, it still saying it sounds like an existing work. What’s going on?

It’s just an acoustic track…I strummed my guitar and sang it. Completely original song. And then when I wanted to create a full song out of it, it kept saying, “couldn’t load reference track”. Which confuses me.
Could you please share your project link with us so we can investigate the issue? Once we identify the problem, we’ll be able to provide appropriate credit compensation.
