I can’t import audio files can someone please help

At the moment, audio import does have the following limitations, which may be causing the issue you’re seeing:

  • Audio files: mp3 / m4a, duration 32 seconds–8 minutes, max 100MB
  • Video files: mp4 / mov / mpeg, duration 4–5 minutes, max 100MB
  • Image files: jpg / jpeg / png / webp, max 50MB

Please double-check that the audio file you’re trying to upload meets all of the requirements above (especially the format, duration, and file size).

If your file is within these limits but still can’t be imported, feel free to let us know what format and duration you’re using, and we’ll help take a closer look. :slightly_smiling_face:
