Subject: Watermark still showing on my videos as a paid subscriber

Hello Tunee team,
I am a paid subscriber, but the “Created by Tunee” logo is still appearing on my generated videos.

Could you please remove the watermark for my account or adjust my settings so my videos export without the Tunee logo?

Thank you for your message and for supporting Tunee as a paid subscriber — we truly appreciate it!

At the moment, watermark removal is not available for Lyric MVs. The “Created by Tunee” logo will still appear on exported lyric videos, even for paid plans.

We understand this may not be ideal, and we really appreciate your understanding. We’re continuously improving our features, and we’ll be sure to share any updates if watermark options become available in the future.
