User Guide | Re-lyricing Feature (Keep Original Melody, Replace Lyrics)

Use Tunee’s Re-lyricing feature (also called contrafactum) when you want to replace the lyrics of a song while keeping the original melody completely intact. Tunee will match your new lyrics to the melodic structure section by section.


1. How to Use Lyric Rewrite

  1. Upload your reference song

  2. Tell Tunee:

    Keep the sample melody unchanged.
    Match the melodic contour section by section.
    Use a female vocal in English.
    Insert the following lyrics:

    [Intro]
    xxx

    [Verse 1]
    xxx

    [Verse 2]
    xxx

  3. Turn on :memo: Lyric Pre-Check to confirm alignment

  4. Generate and review


2. Important Notes

  • New lyrics’ sentence length, rhythm, tone will affect melody stability

  • Larger variations → more melodic adjustment by Tunee
