Registered to the system because it was recommended. Wanted to get some idea of what it can and can’t do. Created one song. The creation process sounded promising but the end result was a bit lackluster. Tried with another option, it asked for the style and offered to make them all so I accepted. None were very good. One was barely ok. Decided to try the video creation. Chose that track and just the defaults the system offered. It warned me I might run out of credits but I assumed I’d at least see something to be able to judge the quality. I didn’t care if I didn’t get the whole thing because I just wanted to see even a little piece. After a while it said I’m out of credits and - tada - didn’t create anything I can see. Just “buy more credits” everywhere.
Do you really expect me to pay for the system without being able to see what I’m paying for? Think again.
I don’t need full songs or full videos to see what it does but if I don’t get anything at all, the same goes for you.
Minha conta atualmente usa o plano “gratuito”, e parece que não recebe créditos de atualização diariamente. Não consigo criar nada porque não recebo créditos .

First — thanks for taking the time to write this out properly. The frustration is fair, and honestly, the specific scenario you hit (running out of credits mid-video-generation with nothing to show for it) is one of the worst onboarding experiences a new user can have. We hear you completely.

The first songs being lackluster is a real signal. Music output quality varies a lot by model and by prompt structure. Tempolor V4.6 on Tunee is significantly sharper at following specific prompts (genre, mood, vocal style, BPM, key). If “barely ok” was your peak, V4.6 is worth one more spin before writing it off.
We’d like to actually fix the experience for you, not just apologize. Because of how detailed and thoughtful your feedback is, we’d like to add bonus credits to your account as a thank-you — enough to do a proper test, long enough to actually see a video render and a couple more songs on V4.6.
