I have a music video that is stuck because a scene is fail to generate. How to fail to generate a scene that you created the prompt on first place? I don’t see any button for customer service, to talk to anyone. I thought you guys are more professional. I am very disappointed because this is not cheap and I thought I paid for good services but I get the poor services instead.
