When I try to create new characters, I am not able to see it in my character library even though I have created them. Please advice. Thanks
Thanks for reporting this. If the characters were created successfully but don’t appear in your character library, you can first check a couple of things:
Please make sure the characters were created under the same Tunee account you’re currently logged into.
You can also refresh the page, check your network connection, or try again in another browser, since network issues may sometimes prevent the library from updating properly.
If the characters still don’t show up, please contact us at support@tunee.ai and include your Tunee ID plus a brief description of the issue. You can find your ID by going to the Tunee homepage, clicking your avatar in the top-right corner, then opening “Manage Account.”
Once we receive the details, we’ll follow up as quickly as possible.
