Why can’t I register a new account?

There are two possible situations:

1. If this is your first time registering and you still cannot create an account:

We found that some users created dozens of accounts on a single device to repeatedly claim free credits, which is unfair to others. To protect the fairness of free-credit distribution, we have implemented device registration limits.

To ensure a better experience for normal users:

  • Devices that exceed our allowed registration limit can no longer create new Tunee accounts.
  • Accounts created beyond the limit will stop receiving daily free credits.
