If you remix or edit a song originally created under the Free Plan while you are on a Paid Plan, all commercial rights to the remixed version belong to you. However, the original version created under the Free Plan is not eligible for commercial use or copyright ownership.

Any music you generated before 23:59:59 on October 1, 2025 is yours—full ownership, free. Feel free to download your copyright certificates anytime from your account!

Free accounts: Tunee owns the copyright, but you can use your music for non-commercial purposes with attribution.
Paid generation: You own it outright with full lifetime commercial rights (monetization, ads, games, etc.).
