Issue while trying to release musics to social platforms

Hello Tunee Support,

I am writing to formally report a critical failure of your service that requires immediate attention. I have now had over 5 albums rejected by my distributor (SoundOn) for delivery to Meta, SoundCloud, and Peloton.

The rejection reason provided by the platforms is consistently: “Ineligible due to possible snippets of sampled media and/or generic sounds (Audible Magic).”

This indicates a systemic problem with your AI generation model:

  1. It is generating audio that triggers copyright/content ID filters (Audible Magic), meaning the output is not unique or commercially safe as advertised.

  2. It is producing “generic” loops that social platforms categorize as spam/stock audio rather than original music.

Because I cannot commercially release the music I paid to generate, the service is not fulfilling its advertised purpose.

I am requesting two things:

  1. A manual review of my account and these specific generations to explain why they are failing copyright checks.

  2. Compensation or a refund for the credits/subscription used on these rejected albums, as the output is commercially unusable.

I await your urgent response before taking further action regarding my subscription.
