I had 9000 credits. I went away for about 1 week and just logged in. they are all gone as long as my projects and generated songs ? Please let me know why ?

whole library is still gone. 9000 credits gone, no explanation to date as I have just logged back on to find out that nothing has changed. 200 credits only.
