When come to generate the video in the storyboard, the message "Content policy violation. Please review your inputs. " appears.

  1. Before this, it was found out the reference image used by tunee was changed to the second reference image (difference appearance) when the primary is reference image 1. Thus the video product is incorrect character.

  2. After input the original correct reference image, this error appears.The error is in shot 14. Reference link Sign In | Tunee | Access Your AI Music Agent Dashboard
    Kindly look into why the reference image was not the first one submitted. And why this error happen when submit the correct image. Thanks

Thanks for sharing the details and the project link. We checked the information, and the reference image data appears to be passed normally.

For characters with three-view references, the system will usually prioritize the three-view reference images for camera-angle-based generation. These references should also be visible when you edit or submit the character settings.

The “Content policy violation. Please review your inputs.” message seems to be triggered during the Seedance safety review step, rather than from the reference image transmission itself. It may be caused by certain wording in the related prompts or specific visual details connected to that shot.

Could you please try slightly adjusting the prompts related to shot 14 and submit again? For example, you can simplify wording that may be sensitive or ambiguous, or describe the scene in a more neutral way. This may help the safety check pass more smoothly~~~
