Request for High-Quality Output (48kHz / 24-bit)
Hello,
I have a Pro subscription and I need my songs and separate stems delivered in high-quality WAV format at 48kHz sample rate and 24-bit depth for professional studio mixing and mastering. The current output quality is too low for my needs and not suitable for professional work.
Please provide either a custom export option or a solution to deliver my tracks with the requested specifications without quality loss.

Thanks for pointing this out — and sorry for the inconvenience. A few other users have brought this up as well. To be honest, our stem-splitting feature isn’t very strong right now. Our algorithm team is already working on improving it, and we’re also looking into some better tools and solutions on the market. Appreciate your feedback — it really helps. TUNE GIVES ALWAYS GENERATION FAILED ERROR. WHY DON T U LOOK THE FEEDBACKS?
I finally found the get stems button but nothing happened, well i lost 8 credits trying 2 times, Sorry it came good and i got 2 zip Files, just takes a while. thanks
The last few days I’ve had the same problem. Music is not created, the same message appears due to an unknown system error.
It’s been more than a month since I started creating music with this service, and have upgraded to plus but I haven’t been able to fully utilize the service. Lyrc video doesn’t work for my language, it often happens that the service replaces the text. Hope they fix it soon otherwise the service will be unusable.
This morning I have again attempted to use Tunee to extend an existing song. I received the same “system error” – so for now Tunee is not working at all. Please assist me asap. All of my creative work has been stopped by these “system errors” which started yesterday.

We’ve actually received a few similar reports, so sorry for the trouble this has caused you.
About the “unknown system error” — this usually appears when the copyright-review system gets triggered during generation. In the next update, we’re adding an improvement so the real reason will be shown clearly, which should make it easier for you to adjust and try again.
For the lyric-video issue, could you tell me which language you’re using?
And when the lyrics get replaced, at which step does that happen?
Does it happen during music generation, or when exporting the lyric MV?
If it happens during generation, it’s usually related to the prompt.
You can try adding a line like: “Use the lyrics I provided exactly as they are.”
That helps the model stick to your text.
You can also use the Edit Lyrics feature to adjust or correct the lyrics after generating.
If you can share a bit more detail, I can look into it right away.

Hi, my language is Kurdish Sorani. When I download the video Lyrics the language is not displayed correctly. On the website before downloading everything looks good, only when downloading is complete to the mobile or computer then it shows words as square. It doesn’t matter which text you have. It’s not about the text being classically poetic or mid and new.
Hi, thank you very much for letting us know. We’re very sorry about this issue. After investigating, we found that the problem is caused by font compatibility for the Sorani Kurdish script. At the moment, our system does not fully support this font when exporting lyric videos, which is why the text appears as squares after downloading.
I’ve already reported this to our technical team, and we will work on improving our font support in future updates. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Hi Spaceark, we investigated your project link and found that the reference audio you used in your latest generation was an older track created with Tunee long ago. This issue is related to a compatibility problem with the “Send to Chat” feature.
To resolve it, please download that audio file to your local device and re-upload it as a new reference audio. After doing so, the generation should work normally without failing.
