Thank you for your help and your reply — I actually received the credits, so everything is fine with that. However, I noticed that since I renewed my subscription, the system tried to charge my account again on December 21, about 10 minutes after I updated the subscription. After that, it also tried to charge me again on December 23, and again today, December 26 — even though I already paid the $18 on December 21.
I would like to kindly ask for your help with this. Could you please look into why the system is still trying to charge me again?

Sure. Here are the screenshots — they’re in Hungarian, so I apologize for that, but the main point is clearly visible. The system also tried to charge me again today.
After further investigation, we found that this issue was caused by a subscription cancellation failure on Stripe’s side. We have already reported this to our technical team, and the issue has now been handled manually on our end.
