Come mai vengono eliminati i crediti regolarmente acquistati e non fruiti al rinnovo mensile? Io questo mese ho avuto problemi ad usare la piattaforma e mi sono stati rimossi 1550 crediti del mese precedente a quello del rinnovo, non è il primo mese che accade. Posso comprendere i 150 crediti giornalieri qualora uno non li utilizzasse entro le 24 ore, ma quelli acquistati con abbonamento annuale, non dovrebbero essere scalati nel conteggio complessivo. Avete una spiegazione?

Thank you for your question — we’re happy to clarify how the credits work.
According to our current subscription policy, the Basic plan provides 1800 credits per month, and these credits are issued at the beginning of each billing cycle. Monthly credits are intended to be used within the same billing period, and when a new cycle begins, unused credits from the previous cycle will expire and will not carry over.
It is also important to clarify that the yearly subscription only provides a discounted total price, but the credit distribution and expiration rules are still calculated on a monthly basis. As clearly stated on the pricing page, the monthly credits expire at the end of each monthly cycle, even for annual subscribers.
In addition, the 150 daily refresh credits are separate from the monthly credits. These credits refresh every 24 hours and will expire if they are not used within the same day.
