Missing stem files after 2‑Source Separation download

Description: On 11/30/2025 @ approximately 6:28pm, I requested 2‑Source Separation (wet vocals + instrumental) for the track “Bendito seas por siempre”. Credits were deducted immediately, but the separated files have not appeared in my Downloads or Exports list, even after refreshing.

Steps I took:

  1. Opened the track’s page and selected 2‑Source Separation.

  2. Confirmed credits deduction.

  3. Clicked “Download”.

  4. Checked Downloads panel and Exports section — files are missing.

Request: Please verify the backend processing status, re‑issue the stem files, or restore the deducted credits.

Hello, if you don’t see a save prompt after downloading, you can click save again without incurring extra points.

Where do I click save? I clicked download and it deducted my credits but it didn’t download the files.

Some browsers like chrome will automatically download,

but others like, opera. Firefox, duckduckgo, have a pop up box to confirm you want, some will let you change the name before downloading,

Chrome works best
