My remaining 1,500+ credits have disappeared from my account.

We’ve checked our system and found that your credits have already expired. Please note that credits included in your subscription plan will become invalid once the subscription period ends.

How to Check My Credit Usage?

When you generate a song or video, look at the top-right corner of your workspace — you’ll see a “Detail” button. Hover over it, and a dropdown menu will appear showing a step-by-step breakdown of your credit usage. [image] You can also check your credit log here to see your usage and expiration status.
