We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Due to a system issue, our servers experienced a temporary bug during the following time periods (Pacific Time, PT):

  • December 28, 01:20–03:50 PT

  • December 28, 14:20–18:50 PT

Please rest assured that no credits (15 credits per generation) were deducted at the step where a generation failed.

If you encountered any failed generations during this time and have questions about your credits, feel free to share your project link with us so we can investigate.

If we confirm that the issue was caused by a system-related error on our side, we will provide appropriate credit compensation accordingly.
