I uses aver 5000 credits an a incomplete project because the system was giving me a lot of errors i spend 75 dollars, i tried 3 times to contact customer support and when they reply all i was getting as a copy and paste of the same stupid apologies and no real explanation of the error or a credit for what i spend.
I have been getting the same results; I cannot see this site continuing if this is the product that is supplied to us.
