I went as far as I could making a lip sync video with the free plan, and decided to sign up for basic so I could finish the video and see what the quality was like. Unfortunately a basic subscription does not come with enough credits for even the one video. That was a bit disappointing and will weigh very heavily on whether I renew as I won’t know what the finished product will look like.
Thanks for sharing this with us. We understand why that would feel disappointing, especially when you subscribed to Basic hoping to finish the video and see the final result. 
For video creation, the credit cost can vary depending on the specific production needs, such as the selected model, video length, regeneration, and other settings. Different models may use different amounts of credits.
If you’d like to estimate the credit cost before generating, you can check the number shown next to each model when selecting a model, as shown in the screenshot below. This can help you better judge how many credits may be needed before starting or regenerating a video.
