We’ve checked our system and can confirm that you successfully completed your payment on November 29 and are now a Basic annual subscriber.
May we ask whether you’d like to update your payment method (e.g. switch to a different card) for the next billing cycle, or if you’re looking to modify the invoice details?

My current expiry is Jan 2026. I have a new expiry, and I suspect the security code would also be new. Same #

After you subscribe, all charges and renewals are processed directly through Stripe. Our platform doesn’t use a term like “security code” in this context.
Could you please let us know what you’re looking to update—are you trying to modify your invoice details, or is there something else you need help with? You’re also welcome to email us with more details so we can assist you more effectively.
All I’m looking to do is to update my Credit Card (on file) expiry. The number is the same. How can I update the expiry? I cannot see an edit feature on the Tunee platform. I will also send an email to the support email I was using weeks back. I need your help, please.

We recommend first canceling the auto-renewal for your current subscription. Then, when the next subscription cycle ends, you can subscribe to a new plan and complete the payment using a different card.

Thank you Support Team. It appears, late Nov 2026 my subscription (annual) plan ends. This is a waiting game now.
I assume, all created tracks, conversations with Tunee AI, copyright, lyrics, etc..) everything in the account stays as is.
Only the access, briefly would change. And give me full permissions, once I add the new CC details.
If I have any of these details incorrect, please let me know. Happy to have this resolved ASAP.. so I can focus on organic works (without the CC in my thoughts).

I am trying to log into my account. I regained access.. fter a few tries. Usually.. it’s automatic. When I optioned for forgot password.. it will not change it.
Google says the password is not saved.. unable to see the password.
Google is automatically signing me in.
I would like to change the password. Any idea why I cannot do this?
It appears that your account was registered using Google third-party login. For accounts created this way, password resets are not available through our platform.
You can continue logging in directly via the “Sign in with Google” option using your email. If you wish to change your password, you will need to update it through your Google account settings.
