If you switch your subscription from a monthly plan to a yearly plan at the same level, please note that your subscription duration will change from 1 month to 13 months.
For example,
If you purchased the Basic monthly plan on October 1, your billing cycle will be:
Initial Cycle: 2025-10-01 → 2025-10-30 ( 30 days )
If you upgrade to the Basic yearly plan on 15th, your new billing cycle will be:
New Cycle: 2025-10-01 → 2026-10-26 ( 30 days x 13 months )
Please note that the credits will be issued on October 30, after the first monthly cycle ends.
