I turned off the renewal for the $38 subscription, but I wanna take it back down to the $18. When would I be able to do that?
Do I have to wait for my subscription close to the date in order to do that? I would like to do a whole year which saves me some money compared to $18 it would be only $16. How soon would I be able to do that thanks.
We currently don’t support plan downgrades. You can cancel your subscription now. Then once this billing cycle ends, you’ll be able to re-subscribe to the Basic yearly plan anytime.Thank you for your support — we truly appreciate it!
