My account is charged for a $18 per month for a free plan

I subscribed to an $18 per month plan, but I have free plan features. I can not find my subscription to cancel. No information about my credit card is in my account either. This is so deceptive. Please refund me my monthly subscription fee for the last three months. I want to cancel my plan. If I do not hear from a real human response, I will contact my bank and report fraudulent transactions from Tunee.
