A Kind Request for an Update from the Tunee Team

Hello Tunee team and community,

I want to start by saying that I really like the idea behind Tunee, and I personally have many suggestions and feature ideas I’d love to share. However, right now I’m not even focused on asking for new things. Honestly, I would simply be satisfied if the current features worked reliably.

I am still experiencing constant issues with video generation using Sora2. I just cannot get a video clip to generate at all, under any settings or attempts. On top of that, there are other problems many of us have noticed: a drop in song quality, inconsistent behavior with prompts, and frequent failures in features that previously worked.

I understand that the latest update has probably created many technical challenges and that fixing everything takes time. That part is understandable. What is much harder for users is not only the technical issues, but the lack of a clear response from the Tunee team.

For many of us, these problems directly impact our projects. The community you already have can be patient — but it’s much easier to wait when there is a clear destination. When there is no estimate, no approximate timeline, and no official communication about direction or expectations, uncertainty becomes the most frustrating part.

Respectfully but honestly: we need communication. Even if it’s not an exact date, a general idea of how long you estimate it will take to stabilize music and video generation would make a huge difference for community trust.

We want Tunee to work well. We want to keep using it. We just need to know where things are heading and what we can expect.

Quiero empezar diciendo que me gusta la idea detrás de Tunee y que, personalmente, tendría muchas propuestas y sugerencias para mejorar la plataforma. Sin embargo, en este momento ni siquiera estoy enfocado en pedir cosas nuevas. Honestamente, me bastaría con que funcionara de forma estable lo que ya existe.

Sigo teniendo problemas constantes con la generación de videos usando Sora2. Simplemente no logro que se genere un clip de video, de ninguna forma ni con ninguna configuración. A esto se suman otros problemas que varios usuarios hemos notado: disminución en la calidad de las canciones, comportamientos extraños con los prompts y fallos frecuentes en funciones que antes sí funcionaban.

Entiendo que la última actualización probablemente ha traído muchos retos técnicos y que solucionar todo esto no es inmediato. Eso es comprensible. Lo que resulta más difícil para los usuarios no es solo el fallo técnico, sino la falta de una respuesta clara por parte del equipo.

A muchos de nosotros esto nos afecta directamente en nuestros proyectos. La comunidad que ya tienen seguramente puede ser paciente… pero es mucho más fácil esperar cuando hay un destino claro. Cuando no hay ninguna estimación, ninguna fecha aproximada ni ningún mensaje oficial sobre el rumbo o los tiempos, la incertidumbre es lo que más frustra.

Con respeto, pero también con sinceridad: necesitamos comunicación. Aunque no sea una fecha exacta, una idea general de cuánto tiempo estiman para estabilizar la generación de música y video ayudaría muchísimo a la confianza de la comunidad.

Queremos que Tunee funcione bien. Queremos seguir usándolo. Solo necesitamos saber hacia dónde vamos y qué podemos esperar.

First of all, we sincerely appreciate your patience and continued trust in Tunee. We’re also fully aware that the recent model transitions and system adjustments have caused inconvenience for some users, and for that, we would like to express our sincere apologies.

Over the past period, alongside ongoing model updates and rapid user growth, our team has been continuously investing effort into improving overall generation quality and system stability. We understand how frustrating it can be when features that previously worked reliably become inconsistent during an adjustment phase.

Without making any excessive promises, we’d like to share our current progress as transparently as possible:

Music generation:
We will be rolling out three new music generation models tomorrow, focusing on improving output quality, stability, and prompt consistency. This is an important optimization step following the recent model transition.

Video generation (Sora):
We’re aware that the Sora model is currently experiencing high queue pressure, which can lead to generation failures or long wait times during certain periods. This is a known issue, and our team is actively monitoring and optimizing the situation.

What’s next for video generation:
To fundamentally improve stability and usability, we’re in the process of integrating top-tier video generation models available on the market, including Kling O1 and others. If progress continues as planned, we expect these upgrades to be introduced gradually within approximately one month.

We’d also like to be transparent that large-scale model transitions and integrations inevitably come with technical challenges. However, our goal remains focused on long-term stability, generation quality, and user experience, rather than short-term or temporary solutions.

You raised an important point: waiting becomes much easier when there is a clear direction and reasonable expectations. While we may not always be able to provide exact dates, we’ll continue striving to offer more transparent communication and clearer progress updates whenever possible.
