Hi everyone,
We’ve recently received a large volume of feedback across our forum, email, and other channels. Many of you have raised questions and concerns around the recent model transition, reduced language support, and the temporary unavailability of the Cover feature. We have carefully reviewed these discussions and have been actively discussing them within the team.
The topic of AI content compliance and governance is still in an early stage of industry-wide exploration, particularly within the relatively young AI music space. Across the industry, teams are actively seeking a balance between technical capabilities, content boundaries, and real user value. This is a challenge we are currently facing as well.
We remain committed to expanding the boundaries of music creation through technology, and we will continue to invest resources to do our best to shorten the adjustment period caused by this change, minimizing its impact on your creative experience.
If you have been affected by the recent model transition, the reduction in supported languages, or the temporary unavailability of the Cover feature:

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and kindly encourage affected users to reach out as early as possible.
We fully understand the strong demand for broader language support and the Cover feature. However, model training and iteration require significant time, financial investment, and engineering resources. At this moment, we are unable to provide a definitive timeline or guarantee regarding these capabilities.
At the same time, we’d like to share a new update:
Tunee’s Voice Cloning feature is scheduled to launch this Friday.
If this is something you’re interested in, we warmly invite you to try it out.
About Voice Cloning: What Can It Do, and Why Is It Interesting?
Voice cloning is an advanced AI capability that can learn and reproduce the unique vocal characteristics of a voice — including tone, texture, and expressive style — from a short audio sample, allowing it to generate new audio that sounds consistent with the original voice.
In creative workflows, voice cloning enables a variety of practical and engaging use cases, such as:
Creating personalized vocal performances:
You can clone your own voice (or a voice you have permission to use) to generate new vocals, melodies, or vocal layers — almost like having a “voice double” participating in your creative process.
Personal expression and creator branding:
Using your own voice to create distinctive content helps your work carry a stronger personal identity and signature.
Rapid experimentation and idea validation:
Without the need for repeated recording or additional production costs, you can quickly test different emotions, tones, or delivery styles to support creative decision-making.
We hope this capability brings fresh inspiration and greater flexibility to your creative process.
Looking ahead, Tunee will continue exploring a more sustainable balance between user needs, model capabilities, and compliance requirements. Every user is important to us, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and trust. We will continue giving this our full effort.
Thank you again for your support and for being part of the Tunee community.
