Constructive Feedback on Recent Update and Request for Partial Refund Consideration

First off, I want to say that I’ve been a big fan of Tunee since last year and really appreciated the high-quality music generation it offered back then. In September 2025, I invested $180 in credits because the output quality – especially in terms of natural vocals, pronunciation, and overall coherence – met my expectations perfectly for my creative projects.

However, since the December 31, 2025 update (with the new models like Mureka and MiniMax 2.0), I’ve noticed a significant drop in quality. Songs now often sound more robotic, with issues in language handling (e.g., unnatural phrasing) that weren’t there before. I understand updates are necessary for long-term improvements, and I appreciate the bonus credits offered to some users, but this feels like a downgrade from what was advertised and paid for.

I’m not asking for a full refund, but could the team consider a partial refund or additional credits proportional to the reduced value since January 2026? For context, I’ve used a substantial portion of those credits expecting the original quality level.

I’d love to hear your thoughts or any plans for rolling back/optimizing the models. Thanks for your time and for building such an innovative tool – hoping for a resolution so I can keep creating with Tunee!
