During the creation process of the track I requested, a copyright review was conducted. Afterwards, Tune AI informed me that the reference track could not be generated, but a similar piece could be created instead. I originally had 80 credits, but after the ‘processing’ status appeared, my balance dropped to 40 credits. When I tried again, it decreased to 26 credits. A total of 54 credits were deducted even though no track was generated. I would like this issue to be corrected.

Hey emir, if the audio generation fails, we don’t charge any credits for that part. But uploading and analyzing a reference track does cost credits.
