My credits were deducted but no song was generated. What should I do?

First, please rest assured that credits are not deducted when the music generation itself fails. Therefore will not appear in your credit deduction history.

Regarding the cause of the failed generation — we will soon start showing the exact error reasons to users so you can easily understand what happened and adjust your inputs accordingly. This update is planned for release in November.

As for the credits used in the steps before generation (such as task analysis and audio analysis), these parts of the process currently cannot be refunded, as they are consumed during system processing even if the final output fails.
