I am writing to you to report critical and ongoing issues with the platform following the implementation of the recent December 2025 update. Despite my efforts to utilize the available tools, I have been unable to generate content that meets my expectations or reflects the previous functionalities of the service.
The main issues encountered are as follows:

Incorrect Genre Generation: I have attempted to generate music using a variety of detailed prompts, BPM specifications, and the use of negative prompts to avoid certain styles. Nonetheless, the AI consistently generates tracks that are predominantly rock, pop, or similar genres, systematically ignoring my specific requests for other musical styles.

Failure in Reference Voice Cloning: Previously, the system utilized my reference voice accurately and with high quality. Since the update, the generated voice bears no resemblance to my original tone or the samples I provided, resulting in unusable audio output for my projects.
I have exhausted troubleshooting options on my own (changing prompts, readjusting parameters). I kindly request a technical review of my account and projects, as well as guidance on the steps needed to resolve these failures.
