Expiring Credits?

Hi there,

I am thoroughly enjoying Tunee. When I hear back what is being created I sometimes feel overwhelmed with emotion, and that’s a beautiful thing. My issue is that I had 900+ credits and now their gone. I don’t recall seeing anything about them expiring. I’m on an extremely tight budget right now and I could really use those credits back?? I can see them being taken if I wasn’t showing up but this is the one thing that I truly look forward to. Please let me know. Thank you. Amy Crawford poshdesign1216@gmail.com

Hey Amy! :waving_hand: About your credits — I took a look and noticed you signed up during our Sept 26–28 launch event. During that time, we gave every new user 1,000 bonus credits as a welcome gift. Those bonus credits are valid for 30 days after registration, and they’ll automatically expire if not used within that time.

Also, just a quick note — daily login reward credits are only valid for 24 hours, so they’ll reset if you don’t use them the same day.

I totally understand how it feels to see credits disappear, especially when you’re looking forward to creating. Hope this helps clear things up!
