I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the update launched on January 1st 2026
Before this update Tunee AI was the leading platform for many of us especially for generating high quality music in the Georgian language Your previous hybrid backend handled Georgian phonetics style and vocal clarity with near perfect accuracy It was quite frankly the best on the market
However the new models are a massive step backward and the quality has declined significantly
The most critical issue is that the model is no longer capable of pronouncing a single word in Georgian It has completely lost its ability to recognize the language and what it produces now is just unintelligible noise with a heavy foreign accent
Vocal Quality The magic of the previous vocal engine is gone replaced by robotic and distorted sounds
Feature Loss The removal of the Cover feature has rendered the platform almost useless for many creative workflows
I understand the need for strategic changes but choosing quantity over quality has cost you your unique edge As a loyal user I would have preferred a price increase for a Premium or Legacy tier that maintained the old quality rather than a free service that is now unusable for my needs
I hope you reconsider your direction and bring back the high quality synthesis we loved Until then I like many others will have to look for alternatives

Due to force majeure factors involved in our recent model transition — including legal and regulatory requirements — we’re currently unable to provide a confirmed timeline for optimizing the models back to their previous state. Unfortunately, we’re also unable to roll back to earlier versions or restore removed features.

Additionally, we’d like to clarify that at the moment, Tunee supports the following languages only: Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian.
Tunee is currently able to recognize and process requests submitted in these supported languages only. For smoother communication and more accurate results, we kindly recommend using one of the supported languages when interacting with Tunee.
If your original idea is written in another language, translating it into a supported language before submitting your request may help ensure it is properly understood.

The truth is that… someone else will do this again…and you will lose your tech edge and chance for monetization. You were a breakthrough platform. Is there at lease an agenda in motion to try and restore your previous version? I can’t imagine how you will survive unless you revert back to your previous platform version.
