Minha conta atualmente usa o plano “free”, e aparece que não recebo créditos de atualização diária. Não consigo criar nada porque não recebo créditos.

Well ya , purchased many credits, the software does not work properly, you can give it a simple prompt, makes errors every time, does not follow commands ,only sometimes, its a crap shoot to get even close to what you want, even when i finally do ,i can say "exact image no changes " and it will send back something different, i tested this ,it drives me nuts, i think ai needs the bugs worked out before i come back ,just a money grab

可最近音乐创作经常出现严重的问题。我为了故事内容所写出的提示词与改动Tunee完全无法避免错误。
再这么要求，音乐里安静的环境内容，都无法阻止他的创作向往（亚瑟王，或加勒比）那样的史诗感，长音铺底和弦 / 持续和弦的方向发展。
他无法避免的要加鼓点要宏大。直接去破坏音乐主体感受。安静的交替式乐器对话（一般是父亲威严控制与女儿灵动童话交替演绎）。被他做的像是要去北极冒险，或是去帝国会议室大声演讲。我为此浪费了四个小时还是没有改过来。为此我非常难过。
希望我的意见不要被淹没。
I just subscribed to check if it is worth, then bought extra credits for $50, so totally $68, just to make a single MV of two takes. I should have enough for both takes, I successfully made one take with Seedance and downloaded all assets fo that first take. But when I tried the second take with Wan 2.7, things went bad, the system drops I have not enough credits (while my calculations showed I should have enough leaving 2x2 clips not done. WHen now I got extra daily 150 credits and tried to compete the task. the dashboard shows all clips are gone and “refunded” while no refunds in my account. So I have not completed the second take while Tunee charges in fact 30+ extra bucks for the MV I did not receive. Please advise.
Hello, Team Tunee. I have issues with generating video. One of the video shots is not generating, which affects the others. I used 1556 credits to generate, and I have tried it over and over, but it’s still the same. Can I get my credit back to start the process again? Thank You.
I’m beginning to think that this program is flawed and getting any sort of help has been useless. I have many inquiries and have received zero help with my problems, yet I still have to burn credits to try and fix problems that never fix. I have spent a lot of money on this app and clearly, I need to find a better option for future projects. My projects for some reason are adding clothing like suits to my videos and yet there is not a photo anywhere for that reference.

Hi, I generated 25 clips for my music video, 19 of the clips need regeneration due to continuity and physics issues. Main character has unprompted facial peircings in some, wardrobe changes, car changing color, etc etc. have used 5300 credits trying to fix by regenerating… outcome still unusable. Can you provide solution to the many many issues?
Lip Synch not working since in the morning… not one video generated
