Tunee me encantaba, porque se podía interactuar antes de crear la canción, cosa que no he visto en ninguna otra plataforma de crear música, pero con el nuevo modelo de nada sirven esas interacciones, ya que, por más que lo he intentado de una y otra forma, solo se pierde el tiempo y los créditos sin lograr ningún resultado siquiera aceptable. Está funcionando pésimo. Qué lástima, en verdad.
1. Todas las canciones se están generando con duración de 5:11
2. Todas las canciones generadas quedan inconclusas, a pesar de que duran 5:11
3. Ya no salen las voces ni los ritmos que yo necesito, ni como se describen en los prompts.
4. A partir del cambio, todas las canciones que se crean son de muy mala calidad. Terrible el cambio que han hecho. En vez de mejorar, lo que hicieron fue dañar todo.

I am writing to report a serious problem I am experiencing since the latest update.
When I generate songs, they now consistently contain a strong reverb/echo effect, making the vocals sound distant and unclear, as if they were recorded in a large hall. The lyrics are often difficult to understand, the pronunciation is noticeably worse, and different music genres are getting mixed together unintentionally. In addition, the AI is altering the lyrics, even when I provide them very clearly.
Before the update, these issues did not occur in this way. The overall audio quality and control have clearly degraded.
Unfortunately, because of these problems, I am currently unable to finish an album I planned to complete today. This is extremely frustrating, as Tunee.ai has been an important tool in my workflow.

and when an improvement can realistically be expected?
The current version is, in my opinion, not production-ready, and the update urgently needs improvement.

Same here. I have been trying every day now for more than a week. Without success. Starts to be frustrating. I have 2550 credits left so that is not the issue.
I made a new track today. And the MV worked directly after that. Then I tried to do MV for an old track - and the same error again. So it seems it is not possible to do MV’s to tracks made in the past, some weeks ago for example. I hope Tunee-team will fix this.

Hello Tunee AI Team,
I’m experiencing a persistent issue with uploading audio files as references.
When I upload an audio file, the system shows “loading,” but it stays in this state for hours and never completes. The platform does not seem to recognize the audio file at all, even when the file size is very small (around 1–2 MB).
Because of this problem, I haven’t been able to create anything using my own audio references for several days now, which seriously blocks my workflow.
