It told me there is no content ID stopping it from remixing a published song I own, but that it instead had some repeated back end technical issue despite my uploading multiple formats. I assume what actually happened is my lyrics were recognized, but it didn’t understand that so kept giving me bad info. I asked it explicitly and it told me I would use zero credits unless creating, so I spent over an hour tweaking the exact formula to test the model as deeply as possible… then it told me I was out of credits without creating anything. I’m not new to this. I have 4 annual subs on Suno alone, plus ACE and others, and really thought this might be a better alternative since my main platform (suno) has serious issues disentangling genres and I do fusion, but I can’t even ask your system why it got all those things wrong, emptied my credits, and created nothing. You MIGHT have the best system ever created. I have no idea since I haven’t been able to test it.

Hello,
After the recent update, I noticed that the feature allowing existing songs to be re-played with new instruments or alternative backing arrangements has been removed.
This feature was essential for many users who:
perform anonymous works,
use legally licensed songs,
create covers or interpretative performances
without necessarily composing original music.
Not every user is a composer, and they should not be forced to be one.
Copyright and publishing responsibility already lies with the user, and restricting such functionality significantly limits creative freedom on the platform.
I also see that many other users have submitted similar feedback. I strongly request that this instrumental/re-arrangement feature be reconsidered and reinstated.

I am writing this to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent updates regarding music generation. As a regular user who relies on your platform for content creation, I have noticed a drastic decline in the quality of melodies, tempo consistency, and overall musicality.
The current outputs are, frankly, disappointing. The melodies feel uninspired and lack the professional polish required for public distribution. I have tried multiple times to extract a usable track for my audience, but the results have been consistently poor and unpleasant to listen to.
If the platform does not revert to its previous high-quality standards or significantly improve these core features, it will undoubtedly lose its core user base. I urge you to take this feedback seriously and restore the features and musical integrity that previously made this tool valuable.
I look forward to seeing these issues addressed in the next update.

I’m Carla Ford (email: carlaj4d@gmail.com) and I recently upgraded to the Pro plan, but I’m experiencing significant issues with the sound quality and generation effectiveness compared to Plus. I’ve completed over 70 songs on Plus, which fit my gospel style perfectly with polished, professional productions—Pro feels like a different entity with worse audio (e.g., acapella-like results, glitches, and open-space reverb). I want to downgrade back to Plus ASAP to continue creating in the style I love. The app/website only shows a cancel option, no change plan prompt, so please process this manually and assist with any point recovery if possible.

I was using Tunee regularly, singing my themes and asking it to transform them into a specific style. After the update, it no longer works — it doesn’t read the file the way it used to and it no longer creates music based on my melodies. It was good while it lasted, but in its current state I can’t use it anymore.
If you have control over all the content we create and know who is using the tool in a legal and proper way, why not release the old model for those users? As it stands now, unfortunately, I have no way to continue using it.
