What is the Refund Policy of Tunee? How can I get the refund?

Refund Request Timeframe

Our refund policy varies based on subscription type and your region:

For Users in the EU, Turkey, or UK:

You may request a subscription cancellation and refund within 14 days of purchase. When submitting your request, please clearly state that you are applying for a refund under EU, Turkish, or UK consumer protection regulations.

For Users in Other Countries and Regions:

• Monthly Membership: Refund requests accepted within 7 days of purchase
• Annual Membership: Refund requests accepted within 7 days of purchase
• Individual Song Copyright: No refunds available


How is the Refund Amount Calculated?

The refund amount is calculated proportionally based on your credit usage:

No Credits Used (0% consumption): if you have not used any credits, you will receive a full refund minus applicable payment processing fees.

Partial Credit Usage (1-80% consumption): If your membership subscription credit usage is within 80%, we will calculate the refund amount based on the proportion of unused credits, minus applicable payment processing fees.

High Credit Usage (over 80% consumption): If your membership subscription credit usage exceeds 80%, we are unable to provide a refund.


Important Notes:

Processing Fees: All refunds are subject to deduction of payment processing fees (including Stripe fees and handling charges)

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be returned via your original payment method within approximately 7 business days

Account Changes: Upon refund approval, corresponding membership benefits and remaining credits will be revoked

Account Status: Refund requests may be denied if your account shows abnormal activity or violates our terms of service
