Incorrect credit write-off calculation

Hello. Your system is incorrectly writing off credits. It double-counts credits already written off and adds them together. For example, on November 15th, I spent -72 credits (this was calculated because it was the only day for this project). In another project, I spent -76 credits on the same day (the system calculated this for all days and wrote off 173), and in a third project, I spent 4 credits (-96 written off). In total, 341 credits were written off instead of 152. This happens every day. I spend no more than 150 (or another 5-10) credits per day, and my overall balance should remain roughly the same. This is at 650 credits or even more, and there are about 370 credits left. That means 250-270 credits were written off for no reason.

Which projects are affected in your case?
Could you send me the links to those specific projects so I can check them for you? If any credits were over-deducted, I’ll refund them to you.

Sorry, the link you provided is not the correct project link.
Please click on the specific project where you experienced the unusual credit deduction and send us that link.
This will help us investigate the issue more accurately and provide you with a proper solution.

We have received your project link in our backend. After thoroughly reviewing your credit usage details, we can confirm that there were no incorrect deductions. The misunderstanding occurred because our credit deduction display is not updated in real time, which may have made it appear as though additional credits were deducted.

We recommend checking the detailed credit deduction records in the top-right section and refreshing the page to ensure the latest information is displayed. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
