Losing credits and not getting the correct lyrics as sent

Hi Guys. Tunee has been brilliant until now, great music and brilliant productions. Recently though my prompts and lyrics are coming back as something else that I did not request and I keep losing credits every time, for something I never asked for or want. How do we get credits back that are lost through no fault of our own, and will the issue of not following prompts or lyrics be resolved, as this is a frustrating issue. I have never had a problem with my prompts before and usually apply similar prompts every time. I really hope this is only a slight hiccup with Tunee, and hope it will be resolved and Tunee gets back to the brilliant productions it has been giving until recently.

When a music generation fails for technical reasons, it should not deduct credits from your account. Sometimes the display can lag or temporarily show the deduction before it’s corrected. I recommend taking a screenshot and contacting platform support with the generation ID (gen‑XzXcMrDQSKjXTb2j9hCP3k) — they can verify the log and reinstate any wrongly deducted credits.

Its not just the fact od loosing credits It’s also the reverb on all the tracks within these projects. Some of the tracks start brilliantly but half way through the quality just flows out the winfow and the serious amount of reverb destroys the whole song. Occassionally a rumble is heard on the background. I tried all of the modals in hope to be able to complete at least one song but to no availe. It’s sad that the modals you are using are creating this problem and costing serious loss of credits.
