Lost over 4300 and no video

I have lost over 4300 credits, over 4 hours work for a 2 min vid and nothing to show for it. My first video - vanished - Nature’s Hope after it was rendered and previewed and I was charged under 1200 credits. So i had to start over but the agent just kept speeding ahead and rendering with out colloborating and cost me even more with 2 substandard videos. The final, 4th video couldn’t complete because all my credits depleted. This is completely and utterly soul destroying and I want credits back for the first 3 videos that I do not have.

I have had zero response from this application. I am really hoping there is a solution to this, it seems like this platform could be great but after the amount of money I have spent on it, I am beginning to think I should investigate something different.

That sounds genuinely exhausting — 4+ hours of work, credits gone, and nothing usable to show for it. I’m really sorry this happened on your very first video project.

A few things worth knowing:

  • Credits spent on the earlier analysis, storyboard, and conversation steps are separate from the final video generation step. If generation didn’t complete or the result vanished, that shouldn’t consume the full generation cost — but let’s verify exactly what happened in your account.
  • For the “Nature’s Hope” video that disappeared after rendering: there may be a recoverable copy in your project history. It’s worth checking the Video section on the left sidebar.

For the credit refund, this really needs the support team to look at your account directly. Please email support@tunee.ai with your account details and a description of what happened — they can audit the credit deductions and make it right.

Could you also share the project link(s) for the affected videos (the URL when you open them in Tunee)? That way we can flag the specific cases to engineering as well.
