I have looked at many other platforms, and while this one seems to have the most potential, I am having to constantly translate text into English, just so I know what the Ai is saying.
Also, I get a message “The previous generation timed out. They’re asking me to resubmit with a simpler prompt” so just who are “they” exactly.
While it seems to be the most human platform, there are a great number of issues, namely character generation is inconsistent, that is ethnicity can change randomly and Shots, need to be regenerated, hence the message above.
In addition, assets that are generated should be separate from original uploads to save confusion because the model is quite good at generating new pictures and I need a structured workflow, not collation where it causes confusion.

On the language issue: Tunee is designed to respond in the language of the user, so if you’re getting non-English responses, that’s not the intended behavior. Could you tell us a bit more — is this happening in the chat/AI dialogue, in generated lyrics, or in UI labels? That’ll help us pinpoint exactly where it’s slipping.
On “they’re asking me to resubmit”: That phrasing is a bit awkward — it’s just the AI’s way of saying the generation timed out on the system’s end and you should try again, ideally with a slightly shorter or simpler prompt. No mysterious third party involved, just a clunky turn of phrase we should probably fix.
On character consistency: You’re right that this is a known limitation. The models are stochastic by nature, so ethnicity, features, and style can shift between generations. The best current workaround is to generate multi-view images after creating a character and reuse those same character assets consistently across your project. The team is actively working on improving consistency in future model updates.
On separating generated assets from original uploads: That’s a solid workflow suggestion — keeping AI-generated images distinct from your own uploads in the asset library would reduce a lot of confusion. I’ll make sure this gets passed along as feedback to the product team.

Hello and thank you for replying, this has confirmed my faith in your product and its’ future.
I understand the intrinsic language, as well as characters will be a default, which is fine and while most of the prompts appear to be in English; it is what is happening in the background that is of a non-English language and sometimes I would like to know what it is saying, i.e., without me having to translate.
Saying that, it does consume credits, to regenerate images or videos so at this stage, as I am only testing, this is also fine for now.
I have seen many articles online about using Tunee, but there is always an accompanying tool or website that must be used and this will just not suffice for my needs, as to begin with, why would I want to pay for multiple products, and as well I need to continue working on each work, into the future since the underlying songs themselves are works in progress, that is I write my own music and lyrics, using a DAW, and as such I am mainly interested in the Tunee MV feature, so unless my music can be “re-voiced”, with higher quality instrumentation and singing, I will focus on movie generation in the context of Music Videos, at this point in time.

I have had every prompt come back in Chinese. This leaves me to have to translate every scene and then I also need to correct the content fallers that come back from the first generated video which Tunee created. I am happy to see that you received a response as I did and was asked to submit a link which I did and it has been a month since I have heard anything back. I don’t even want to say how much money I have spent on this site. I would really like for tunee to help me, but I have zero confidence in this process so far.
