The issue of payment proceeding even though it's not the due date

With a Basic Monthly Subscription I’m using a Basic monthly subscription, but the payment keeps going in even though it’s not the payment date. I’m inquiring because I use it a lot or if there’s another account.

Also, card payment details are displayed, but the website only shows receipts for monthly payments. Please let me know the reason.
