All of our invoices are issued and sent exclusively through Stripe. We have never seen an invoice in this format before, and we were also unable to find any corresponding payment record in your account.

This is not an invoice, it is a receipt from my bank account. The reason there is a visa card linked to the account where the money was deducted is because I logged in with my Apple account. Which I now realize was a mistake. The money was deducted from my account. Never received an invoice.
