Aren't you going to say anything?

Tunee team…

Aren’t you going to say anything?

Aren’t you going to respond to the users who are asking for answers?

Your “update” is a disaster, and you’re the first to know it. Furthermore, no one announces any “improvements” while simultaneously inviting users to request a refund if they want to cancel their subscriptions, knowing full well that’s what will happen given the deplorable state of the service.

I believe all users deserve an explanation and to know if you’re going to fix what you’ve broken. It’s the least we deserve…

Regards.

Hi, I think exactly the same. I believe we at least deserve to know if they’re trying to fix all this or if they’re working on it, but there’s absolute silence, and I consider it a lack of attention and respect to all of us who have always trusted and supported this project from day one. Many of us are expressing our discontent, and all we’ve received in return is SILENCE!!!

You are absolutely right. I just don’t know why people at Tunee made this update, it was better the way it was before, not perfect but was better. Now it just spits out nonsense music, in the style I requested, but just brainless music, without working with the prompt given. The inclusion of these new “modes” just doesn’t makes things clear, and leaving it on “auto” makes no difference. Put it like it was before.

They did respond. You may not like it. But they did.

I tottaly agree with your post… update is total disaster… nothing is as it was before last update… all previous instructions are unusuable and results of request are unrecognasible. Those three instructions after uploading tracks are absolute no-go. I don’t know why are you done that but it is terrible and unuseful. I think i will have to stop using TUNEE because you BROKE it. Sorry but it is time for reach to another solutions… any suggestions people?

Suno is decent and Producer is okay but you gotta tell them exactly what you want and unlike tune producer learns from what you like and so does suno. Both are free and give you daily credits. If anything sunos credit system makes more sense and mp3s are smaller and are decent quality. Its honestly such a joke from their “apology” The staff team clearly doesn’t care when they use an ai to type out an apology and give people who felt their credits missed used a date to fill out an email. Tune went from a really and i mean a really good ai generated music creation tool. They pull this “copywrite” clam when theres others having zero issue. If you have a subscription for this id suggest cancelling or moving on to a better generation tool.

Hopefully i helped
