Hi, I generated 25 clips for my music video, 19 of the clips need regeneration due to continuity and physics issues. Main character has unprompted facial peircings in some, wardrobe changes, car changing color, etc etc. have used 5300 credits trying to fix by regenerating… outcome still unusable. Can you provide solution to the many many issues?
I have cancelled my subscription. Unhappy with generation and complete lack of support to fix issue.

A few things worth knowing:
- Character consistency is a known limitation the team is actively working on. The current recommendation is to build out a detailed character in the AI Character section (multi-view images, fixed style description) and reuse that same character asset across every clip — this helps reduce random wardrobe changes, unexpected piercings, etc.
- Object consistency (e.g. car color) is harder to lock down right now, but being very explicit in each clip’s storyboard prompt (e.g. “red 1967 Ford Mustang, same as previous scene”) can help.
- For 19/25 clips failing, that’s beyond normal variation — it suggests something systemic about the project setup that engineering should look at directly.
